Thats a lot of sexy shoes

I've been lucky not to have been 'keyed' and It's never crossed my mind to do it to another car. Those shoes would look great teamed with stockings...and even better with suspenders!

As to the car vandalism, much worse than that is an egg on a very hot day, it will adhere to and into the paint, and the only way to remove is to sand down to bare metal ! Another way much better than what you saw, is shaving cream, again a hot day is better, but it wors no matter what the temps as long as above freezing, and much easier to write your TRUE feelings with it. Again, a total bare metal paint removal is required, and of course with shaving cream you can cause the entire car to be your canvas, and it is quiccer too! I bought a car once that had had the shaving cream treatment, with words commonly used now, but certainly not then, and paid about 10% of the cars value, because the entire car had to be repainted, from bare metal up ! Tody's Clear Coat will NOT stop shaving cream either ! A professional waccs job if done before, and car washed before to much heat, MIGHT save your paint, maybe !

Love the shoes. And a steal, at $3. Good for you. I have a ton of shoes, and a problem with getting rid of those I no longer wear, because they're still "in good shape". Although, to tell the truth, some of them are probably in a box because they are outdated. I probably have at least 2 dozen (probably more) pairs of black shoes alone ! I remember the "thing from my past" now ! A pair of knee-high black suede boos, that laced up the front - from 1973. They were the COOLEST, although I couldn't probably fit into them now. Some where, some person picked them up from the Thrift Store, and they may have been recycled to their 3rd, 4th or 5th owner - if they are still in good shape. Check out my profile or and become a "watcher" of my blog FMAOPLS,to learn more about me, and for intelligent, lively, smartassy and fun discussion, with a little irreverence thrown in. "Like" or comment on my photos, and I promise I'll add more. Thanks.

Nice shoes, certainly is less expensive to not be obsessed with the latest fashions. The simple fact is no one is going to notice so I never understood the desire to spend ridiculous amounts of money to keep up (probably has something to do with self image). As for damaging a car I am always careful not to open my door into someones car little less key it. I did have my car egged once by a bunch of high school kids. I tracked them down, made one of them sell his CD collection to pay for the clean up. Posing with shoes? I can usually come up with what I feel is a good pose but with shoes I am at a bit of a loss. You are obviously a creative person so I have the upmost confidence you will hit a home run with it. (Frankly if you post any of the pictures you take I don't see myself looking at the shoes)

Blues Brothers yes one of my all time favorites. Hilarious side note, I had recorded it from WGN growing up. Memorized the movie. However back then a lot was dubbed out. So for years I thought Elwood was saying Bamboozled instead of Bullshit. Anyway an SNL post would be epic, the not ready for prime time players are legendary!!! I cannot wait to see your pics in the shoes thank you for sharing

Never keyed a car, but I took a piece of pipe to the rear end of a '68 Monte Carlo after I found out the guy broke in my apartment and stole a quarter pound of weed and I thought it might be in his trunk.

Had my car keyed when I lived in a different part of town. I wasn't a specific target for something, it was just some eejit who thought "Oh, here's a nice car, let's vandalise it" cos that what people did in that part of town for amusement. Was livid but knew it was going to cost loads to repair (it was all the way down one side in a wavy line) and knowing my luck they'd just redo it once the paint had dried, so it was still there when I traded my car in a year or so later. $3 for shoes, that sounds like a bargain.

Oh we fucked it up, pried, hammered, the cops showed up. Since it does have a sexual side I think I'll tell the story in my blog. Thanks for the idea!

I don't have strong enough words for how much I love the thought of a Christian thrift store that unknowingly specializes in slutwear. That's fantastic!! Only thing missing is a 16 year-old emo chick behind the counter, dripping with dry wit and teen angst, as the only one who *gets* it. A worthy sitcom could easily turn that into a classic episode, with memes lasting a generation. So Seinfeldian.
